I have well over 15 years of experience managing and leading teams ranging in size from 2 to 65 people. I also spent several years in a corporate training environment. During that time, I had the opportunity to train thousands of leaders so they could sharpen their business skills and better lead their teams. I’ve also worked as a project manager and managed projects with budgets from hundreds of dollars to millions of dollars. I know what it's like to have high work expectations while still needing to maintain healthy working relationships and holding team members accountable for their work at the same time. All of this experience has helped me to better understand the complexity of both people and of business. So, I understand how you feel. I believe relational leadership is the best leadership style for the 21st century.
